This is a presentation we helped produce which was a fundraising dinner for the Boy Scouts of America. The event itself was quite straightforward, the difficulty was that it was in a room that was hosting 2 other groups simultaneously. We had to interface with the other vendors, decorators and hotel staff to make the transitions smooth and seamless. Event design by Atomik Productions |

Another Ryan Shupe and the Rubberband performance. Usually
these concerts have about 2 hours of technical time before the show,
and then it is showtime.
This particular show had 30 minutes of time between access to the lighting system and the opening of the doors. |

After the 2002 Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City, other groups have produced Olympic styled events. One of these events was the Utah-Moscow Youth Games, which used the actual site of the Olympic opening and closing ceremonies. We provided Audio, Lighting, Video and Snow Removal. | Not only was the weather a challenge, but the stage was huge, and there were no pre-existing lighting or video positions. We designed and installed an extensive system of scaffolding, rigging, lighting, audio and video to support this unique event. |
